Domestic shipping (South Africa)

Fast shipping by courier

We use The Courier Guy for most deliveries in South Africa.Please do not use PO Box addresses. If you supply us with a street address, please make sure someone is at home during typical working hours to receive the parcel. 

Free Shipping

Orders over R 1800 will be shipped for Free. This includes shipping to neighbouring countries such as Namibia, Eswatini, Botswana etc.

Collections

Orders over R1800 can be collected in person at Orgonise Africa in Johannesburg and are also free of shipping charges. This limit had to be imposed as every collection inevitably causes a disruption of our work day and we are not a physical brick and mortar shop, nor do we have personnel to deal with customers physically visiting our premises. 

Note: Please allow a few days for order preparation as we generally face high order volumes and there are often many orders ahead of yours

 

International and EU shipping

All EU orders are shipped from our Berlin warehouse. Shipping is done by ordinary mail (DHL / Deutsche Post), their normal delivery time is 2-4 working days in Germany and up to 7 working days within the EU.

Shipping is free for all orders over 125 EUR.

For all other international destinations, ie. the US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada etc. shipping is done by DHL Express from our production facility in South Africa which is very fast to all major destinations. (3-4 days transit).

Shipping is free for orders over 200 USD. 

Import duties or taxes may occur in some destinations and are payable by the customer.
