Applicable law
Orgone Power (pty) Ltd is a company registered in South Africa. The law of South Africa is applicable for all transactions or disputes.
Returns & Replacements
In accordance with South African law but not limited to South African customers, we offer a 1 week cooling off period in which the buyer can return the goods without having to name any reason. This period starts from receipt of the goods by mail or courier. The full pruchase price including shipping will be refunded in such cases.
However, in accordance with the same regulations, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the goods back and for their undamaged return to us (please use insured mail or courier).
Warranty
Should the goods be faulty in any way, the customer has the choice of either demanding exchange or full refund including shipment costs after return of the faulty goods. All goods carry a warranty of 6 months from receipt.
Ordering
Ordering of our products is only possible through this website. We do not take offline orders. Please contact us through the contact form if you have any queries regarding the order process.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All prices are as shown on the website. Due to the functionality of the e-commerce software used, prices can be shown in different currencies than the actual payment processing. Small deviations due to currency exchange rates are possible when a payment is processed in a different currency than the one indicated.
All our international prices are based on the ZAR prices and are as such subject to exchange rate fluctuations between the South African Rand and your chosen currency.
In order to view details of your orders and monitor the progress of our order processing use the link on top of the home page to log into your account. Please note that you can only view orders placed while you were logged in through your account - if you checked out your order as a guest, you will no be able to access it through your account.
Updating Account Information
You need to be logged in in order to change address details or other aspects of your profile. In the case of a lost password, you can either reset the password manually or contact us through out Helpdesk function, and we will provide you with a new password.
