So he had welded and remanufactured some parts, all in all a masterpiece, and I'm sure we did not really pay for all the hours he must have spent on it. I just love to deal with people who know their trade and enjoy the work they do. He said he learnt a lot working on this motor. We launched the boat in the Breede River and went out to sea just to check if everything was in fine working order for the trip ahead. Finally I have a working reverse gear again and the gear shifting is smooth and without resistance. Great! He's a keen swimmer and won a price at his school for his outdoor camping prowess. Apparently the exit from the lagoon had totally shifted in the last big flooding and was about 2 km from where it was shown on the map, so it took us an hour to find it, during which time we got stuck on sandbanks more often than not. I was close to giving it up for the day, as everything seemed to conspire against us succeeding.Finally we found the exit at the very end where we had turned around at the first attempt without seeing it, because according to the map we should have already passed it and gone a few km's too far. We went Westwards back to Buffelspoort, just beyond Knysna, where we had started our Westward in November. We had rain every day, totally un-seasonal, but were able to enjoy some swimming and some intermittent warm hours as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eHow this fits in the general effort\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn December 2003 and January 2004 we had unlocked the rainfall by following the idea of unblocking the coastline. This had proven extremely successful as we managed to stop a terrible drought and unleash rain over most parts of Southern Africa. We had done the South African coast line from Port Shepstone to Saint Lucia, a 600 km stretch and the Whole area along the Kruger National Park.The Coast of Mozambique was therefore the only remaining place were major HAARP influence could remain. Of course it was to be assumed that most of the electromagnetic interference would be concentrated around the capital Maputo. Surely some bad spots may be remaining, especially as we did not get to the major port city Beira in the North and there may be military bases etc. in otherwise unpopulated areas. We can trace the beginnings of Operation Cloverleaf right to the Strangelove brain of Dr. Edward Teller, father of the hydrogen bomb and proponent of nuking inhabited coast lines to rearrange them for economic projects.31 Before he died in 2003, Teller was director emeritus of Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where plans for nuclear, biological and directed energy weapons are crafted. In 1997, Teller publicly outlined his proposal to use aircraft to scatter in the stratosphere millions of tons of electrically-conductive metallic materials, ostensibly to reduce global warming.32\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eShortly after Teller's presentation, the public began seeing frenetic chemtrailing. In 2000, CBS News admitted that scientists were \"looking at drastic solutions for global warming, including manipulating the atmosphere on a massive scale.\" CBS confirmed that the plan to load the air with tiny particles would \"deflect enough sunlight to trigger global cooling.\"33\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTeller estimated that commercial aircraft could be used to spew these particles at a cost of 33 cents a pound.34 This gives credence to a report by an airline manager, forced by a compulsory non-disclosure agreement to remain anonymous, that commercial aircraft have been co-opted to assist the military in consummating Project Cloverleaf.35 A 1991 Hughes aircraft patent confirms that sunscreen particulate materials can be run through jet engines.36 A science textbook now used in some public schools discusses the sunscreen project by showing a large orange-red jet with the caption, \"Jet engines running on richer fuel would add particles to the atmosphere to create a sunscreen.\" The logo on the plane says \"Particle Air.\"37 The implications of this crucial information should not be understated.
